A flake floor is a multi-layer system: a bonded epoxy base, a full broadcast of decorative vinyl chips, and a clear protective topcoat. How long does a flake epoxy garage floor take to install?

Most standard two-car garages are prepped, coated and sealed in one day. Larger garages or floors that need significant crack repair can take longer, and we will tell you the exact schedule during your free consultation.

Will a flake floor be slippery?

The chips add texture, so a flake floor typically has more grip than bare concrete or garage paint. We can add an extra anti-slip additive to the topcoat in areas that get wet.
